You can pick up your order from our store within 3 days from the completion of the order, at no extra charge. After 3 days the order is cancelled without prior notification.

Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am – 2pm and 5pm – 9pm.

Saturday 9am-4pm.

Orders leave from us within 1-2 working days and delivery is made according to the schedule given by General Postal Service. Our store will make every effort to send you the products within the predetermined working days. In case of product shortages, the delivery time will vary and you will be informed by us.

– No shipments are made on Saturdays, while deliveries can be made by arrangement with us and with an additional charge of 2€.
– On Sundays and public holidays no shipments/processing and deliveries of orders are carried out.

For orders exceeding the total amount of 80€, shipping is free of charge.

All the above prices include VAT.

We inform our customers that in the event that a cash on delivery order is not paid, subsequent orders will have to be made exclusively using debit/credit card or PAYPAL. If any of the subsequent orders have cash on delivery as a payment method, they will be cancelled immediately without notice.

SHIPMENT CANCELLATION

In case you are not found at the shipping address, you will be left a notice and you can contact your local store for the next delivery. The parcel will remain at the General Post Office store for up to 10 days and then it is returned to us.
